Seed Sale:

The Seed Sale is a crucial initial phase designed to secure early support from specific contributors (DAOs) who can lay the foundation for the project's success.

  • Hard Cap Target: The hard cap target for the Seed Sale is set at 15 ETH.

  • Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV): The FDV for the Seed Sale phase is 256,000 USD, with 10% of the total token supply earmarked for this stage.

Private Sale:

The Private Sale is an exclusive opportunity, available only to Whitelist (WL) participants and project partners.

  • Hard Cap Target: The hard cap target for this phase is set at 20 ETH.

  • Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV): The FDV during this phase will amount to 350,000 USD, with 10% of the total token supply allocated for this stage.

Public Sale:

The Public Sale marks the subsequent phase, accessible to everyone.

  • Soft & Hard Cap Target: This phase features a soft cap of 50 ETH and hard cap target of 65 ETH.

  • Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV): The FDV for the Public Sale phase is estimated at 455,000 USD, with 26% of the token supply reserved for this phase.

Launch:
